Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before service, can be cancelled with no fee, any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be required to pay 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be required to rebook. Cancellations with 50% fee paid will then be allowed to use this 50% towards their rebooked service. No show fee is 50% of service due at time of no show, and client will be banned from booking online.
